  UPS service is the worst. Even when promised to have my package delivered as addressed twice they didn't. I was promised again to have it delivered to this UPS store and when I asked the owner where my package was she couldn't offer any help. When confronted about where and why it wasn't delivered all the owner did was get upset and asked me to leave. That she's only a franchise. So that tells me she's only there to make a buck off the millions of packages UPS handles. And to say she's only a franchise as an excuse to not deal with my missing package instead of making a call to the company she's represents to help a customer receive his package as promised.... Get this they actually charge a $5 delivery fee to bring your package from the back of the store to the front. I'll pay extra if I have to instead of ever using UPS ever again. Unless I have no other choice. And I'll never patronize this UPS store ever.

  YOU GUYS ROCK!!! This store is the best when it comes to customer service and reliability. Maria, Petra and Anjelica are always pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile! I have watched them handle customers with integrity and professionalism time and time again. Unfortunately, some people confuse the STORE with UPS in general and unfairly criticize the wrong entity. Thank you ladies for all your hard work and true awesomeness! :)
